It is a procedure by which we can save the tooth when the nerve of the tooth gets infected or is dead.

The treatment is done in 3 steps or may take 2 or 3 appointments

All the steps are performed under local anaesthetic that means your tooth is completely numb during the procedure and is pain-free.

First step is to remove the soft tissue form inside the tooth that is causing you the pain. After this step is performed your pain starts to get better.

At the second step, your dentist will measure the length of the tooth with a digital device and will clean the tooth more from inside, getting rid of more of the infection.

The third step is to place the permanent filling in the root and the top part of the tooth as well.

Root canal treatment usually case no more discomfort than a normal filling procedure. It is usually the decay and the inflammation causing the pain symptoms by irritating the nerves in the area
